My Lyf Care has officially inaugurated its new centralized diagnostic laboratory in Greater Noida, marking a major milestone in the company’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality, and timely diagnostic services across the Delhi-NCR region. The facility, spanning a large modern space with cutting-edge infrastructure, was launched with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by senior company executives, local healthcare leaders, and dignitaries from the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) on February 27, 2026.
The lab is equipped with fully automated high-throughput analysers for clinical chemistry, haematology, immunoassay, and serology, enabling processing of thousands of samples daily with minimal manual intervention and high precision. It includes dedicated sections for molecular diagnostics (real-time PCR, next-generation sequencing), microbiology, histopathology, cytopathology, and genetic testing, allowing comprehensive testing menus from routine blood work to advanced oncology panels, infectious disease profiling, and hereditary disorder screening. The facility incorporates digital pathology workflows with AI-assisted slide analysis to support faster and more consistent reporting, particularly for cancer diagnostics.
My Lyf Care has emphasized rapid turnaround times as a core commitment — routine tests are promised within the same day, while specialized molecular and genetic reports will be delivered in 24–48 hours. The lab integrates seamlessly with the company’s existing network of collection centres across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and parts of Delhi, enabling home collection, direct walk-ins, and digital report delivery through a secure patient portal. The facility is designed to serve hospitals, clinics, corporate wellness programs, and individual patients, with special focus on supporting high-volume needs in Greater Noida’s growing residential and industrial zones.
The launch aligns with India’s broader push for advanced diagnostics under the National Diagnostic Policy and Ayushman Bharat initiatives.
