Iterative Health has secured $77 Million In Series C Funding to expand its AI-powered clinical research technology and scale its global trial network. The round was led by Intrepid Growth Partners and GV (Google Ventures), with participation from multiple new and existing investors.
The company is focused on solving one of healthcare’s biggest challenges Slow And Inefficient Clinical Trials. Industry data shows that nearly 90% of trials fail to meet enrollment timelines, significantly delaying the delivery of new therapies to patients.
Iterative Health addresses this gap by combining Artificial Intelligence, Centralized Operations, And A Global Clinical Research Network. Its platform embeds research directly into routine patient care, enabling faster site activation, improved patient recruitment, and more reliable trial execution.
The company already operates a network of 100+ Research Sites Across North America, Europe, India, and Australia, partnering with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to accelerate drug development.
The newly raised capital will be used to Expand Into Additional Therapeutic Areas, including cardiology and obesity, beyond its core focus on gastroenterology and hepatology. It will also support geographic expansion and deeper collaborations with healthcare providers and research organizations.
A key differentiator for Iterative Health is its use of Proprietary AI Tools for patient pre-screening and clinical data analysis, which significantly improve enrollment rates and reduce delays. By integrating AI directly into trial workflows, the company aims to make clinical research faster, more efficient, and more accessible to patients.
This funding reflects a broader trend of rising investment in AI-Driven Clinical Research Platforms, as the industry looks to overcome bottlenecks in drug development and bring life saving therapies to market more quickly.
“Every delay in a clinical trial is a delay for patients.”
