Mediclinic’s New App Brings a Full Health-Suite to UAE Patients Appointments, Tele-consults & Care Plans in One Tap

Mediclinic has launched a redesigned “Mediclinic app” for patients across the UAE, offering a unified digital health experience: from booking and managing appointments to teleconsultations, accessing medical records, and following personalised care plans all under one roof.

Glimpse:

The new app replaces older, fragmented tools and brings together multiple patient-services scheduling in-person or virtual visits, reviewing treatment history and lab reports, getting reminders, and even managing family health records. According to Mediclinic, this move marks a shift toward “digital-first, patient-centric care,” simplifying access and improving continuity.

The Mediclinic Middle East group has rolled out a fully revamped “Mediclinic app,” designed as a comprehensive care companion for patients across its network of hospitals and clinics in the UAE. The new platform consolidates key patient workflows  appointment booking (in-person or virtual), teleconsultations, medical record access, and personalised care plans  into a single, user-friendly dashboard.

With login via UAE Pass (ensuring secure authentication), patients can quickly book or reschedule appointments, receive reminders, and even conduct video consultations  eliminating the need for phone-calls or separate portals. This makes health services more accessible, especially for people with tight schedules or mobility constraints.

Beyond appointments, the app gives users access to their full medical history  including lab reports, imaging, prescriptions, and ongoing-care plans  so they can track their health journey over time. It also supports family-linking, enabling caregivers or parents to manage care for dependents from the same account  useful for households with children or older relatives.

Mediclinic describes this launch not just as a technical upgrade, but as part of a broader shift toward “digital-first, connected healthcare.” By offering a unified digital front door, the hospital group aims to reduce friction in accessing care, improve patient engagement, and enable smoother continuity especially for chronic diseases, follow-ups, and preventive care.

“The new Mediclinic app reflects our vision to be the region’s leading digital-first healthcare provider. It’s not just about convenience it’s about giving every patient a smarter, more connected care journey.”
