Ugadi marks the beginning of the New Era for those living between Kaveri River and Vindhyas. On this auspicious occasion besides celebrating with our beloved ones, we should also emphasize on the fact that a dark cloud is on the horizon: The second wave. With the rise in Covid positive cases every day tells us that the second wave is no longer a Maharashtra-centric phenomenon but all the other states are falling pray of it. With the increase in daily cases beyond the first-wave peak, it indicates that it’s not just a wave but a tsunami to be handled.

Flavour Sweetness – Jaggery:

Minerals such as iron, selenium, zinc, magnesium and phosphorus make jaggery a great immunity booster, by improving your immunity. Jaggery helps to detoxify or cleanses lungs and liver, thus helps to fight symptoms of asthma, bronchitis, and Pneumonia.
