Conifer Health Solutions is leveraging Google Cloud’s AI to power an intelligent automation platform across its full RCM suite from patient access to AR management. The goal: strengthen cash collections, streamline claims workflows, improve financial performance, and elevate the patient experience.
Glimpse:
Conifer Health and Google Cloud are co-building a next-gen AI platform to supercharge revenue cycle management. By embedding cutting-edge AI across Conifer’s processes from insurance eligibility to AR collections the collaboration targets faster payments, fewer denials, and smoother workflows. For healthcare organizations, the move offers a smart way to boost financial strength while creating a more efficient and patient-friendly revenue system.
Conifer Health Solutions has announced a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to infuse its entire revenue cycle management (RCM) platform with advanced artificial intelligence and intelligent automation.
Built on Google Cloud, the new AI platform will be deeply embedded into Conifer’s proprietary workflows. It’s designed to enhance processes across the entire cycle from patient access and eligibility checks to revenue integrity and accounts receivable management.
Over the past year, Conifer’s teams have been deploying tailored AI solutions using Google Cloud’s capabilities, according to Deepali Narula, COO of Conifer. She says the early outcomes are promising, and the investment reflects Conifer’s long-term vision to drive both operational efficiency and financial resilience.
From Google Cloud’s side, the collaboration is a natural fit: Conifer brings deep RCM expertise, and its workflows are designed to be system-agnostic making it easier to integrate and scale AI.
This partnership comes at a time when healthcare providers are under pressure from rising costs and tighter margins. Conifer hopes this AI-powered model can serve as a blueprint, helping hospitals and health systems reduce complexity while delivering better patient experiences.
Conifer’s scale also makes this compelling: the company manages over 17 million patient interactions annually and handles more than $32 billion in net patient revenue per year.
“Over the past year, our teams have been designing and deploying custom AI solutions across key points of the RCM value chain, leveraging Google Cloud’s advanced AI tools we are excited to be making an investment in a robust AI platform that builds upon our industry-leading expertise.”
