CitiusTech and Ventra Health Unveil AI-Powered Revenue Intelligence Platform for U.S. Healthcare Providers

CitiusTech, a leading healthcare IT services provider, has partnered with Ventra Health, a prominent U.S.-based revenue cycle management (RCM) company, to launch an AI-driven Revenue Intelligence Platform. The solution uses generative AI, predictive analytics, and real-time data orchestration to optimise billing accuracy, accelerate cash flow, reduce denials, and enhance overall financial performance for hospitals, physician groups, and health systems.

Glimpse:

The platform, introduced on January 22, 2026, combines CitiusTechโ€™s deep AI and interoperability expertise with Ventra Healthโ€™s extensive RCM domain knowledge. It automates denial prediction, prioritises high-value claims, automates follow-up workflows, and provides actionable insights into revenue leakage. Early deployments have shown 15โ€“25% reductions in denial rates and 10โ€“20% faster net collection rates. The joint offering is now available to Ventraโ€™s clients and will be scaled across the U.S. market through 2026โ€“2027.

CitiusTech and Ventra Health have joined forces to introduce a next-generation Revenue Intelligence Platform that leverages artificial intelligence to transform revenue cycle management for U.S. healthcare providers. The announcement, made on January 22, 2026, marks a significant step in addressing persistent RCM challenges rising denial rates, staffing shortages, regulatory complexity, and increasing cost-to-collect pressures through proactive, data-driven automation.

The platform integrates generative AI, predictive modelling, and real-time orchestration across the entire revenue cycle from patient access and charge capture to claims management, denial prevention, and payment posting. It continuously analyses structured and unstructured data (EHR notes, payer policies, remittance advice, denial letters) to:

Predict denial likelihood with high confidence and recommend preventive actions before claims are submitted

Automatically prioritise high-dollar, high-risk claims for faster follow-up

Generate smart appeals with context-rich narratives tailored to payer requirements

Identify root causes of revenue leakage and provide actionable dashboards for finance and revenue cycle leaders

Automate repetitive tasks such as eligibility verification, prior authorization tracking, and underpayment recovery

The solution is built on CitiusTechโ€™s proven healthcare AI stack and integrates natively with major EHRs (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Meditech) and RCM systems, ensuring minimal disruption to existing workflows. Ventra Health brings deep domain expertise and a large client base of hospitals, physician groups, and ambulatory surgery centres, providing the perfect go-to-market channel.

Jagdish Moorjani, President & COO of CitiusTech, said: โ€œRevenue cycle is one of the most data-intensive and error-prone processes in healthcare. Our AI platform, combined with Ventraโ€™s proven RCM operations, delivers real-time intelligence that helps providers capture every dollar they are entitled to while reducing administrative burden and accelerating cash flow.โ€

Ravi Chadha, CEO of Ventra Health, added: โ€œThis partnership allows us to move beyond traditional RCM services to offer predictive, proactive intelligence that transforms financial performance. Our clients are already seeing measurable improvements in denial rates, net collections, and staff productivity.โ€

Early adopters have reported 15โ€“25% reductions in denial rates, 10โ€“20% faster net collection performance, and significant time savings for revenue cycle teams. The platform is now commercially available to Ventra Health clients, with broader market rollout planned throughout 2026.

The launch reflects growing industry demand for AI solutions that address the revenue cycle crisis where administrative costs continue to rise and denial rates exceed 10โ€“15% for many providers. By combining CitiusTechโ€™s AI engineering depth with Ventraโ€™s operational scale, the partnership is positioned to become one of the most impactful RCM technology offerings in the U.S. healthcare market.

โ€œThe future of revenue cycle is predictive and proactive not reactive. This platform turns massive amounts of fragmented data into clear, actionable intelligence that directly improves financial health for providers.โ€
