Reddy brings more than 18 years of progressive experience in healthcare management, having held senior operational and strategic roles with leading hospital chains in India. His expertise spans multi-hospital P&L management, clinical quality improvement, revenue cycle optimisation, medical tourism development, and implementation of digital health initiatives. He has a proven track record of achieving NABH/JCI accreditations, driving high patient satisfaction scores, and building strong physician and employee engagement across large networks.
In his new role, Reddy will oversee the strategic direction, day-to-day operations, clinical governance, and patient experience programs for Fortis Gleneagles facilities in Chennai and Hyderabad.
