On 11 November 2025, Fortis Healthcare launched Adayu, a dedicated mental-health hospital in Gurugram, marking a major step in its nationwide mental-health expansion.
Located along a major corridor near NH-1/NH-2, Adayu is designed as a “sanctuary” for individuals seeking discreet, high-quality care for psychiatric disorders, addiction recovery, and behavioural health challenges.
The facility has 36 beds across six specialty wards (including women’s and children’s wards), and provides both inpatient care  including management of acute psychiatric conditions 24×7 and outpatient services.
Its multidisciplinary staff comprises psychiatrists, clinical and counselling psychologists, expressive-arts therapists, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and yoga/holistic-wellness practitioners.

Beyond conventional treatment, Adayu integrates cutting-edge mental-health technologies: from precision psychiatry (including pharmacogenomics) to neuromodulation (rTMS, tDCS) and cognitive-rehabilitation therapies. The centre emphasises restoring dignity, privacy, and emotional support  offering landscaped gardens, quiet retreat zones and holistic care models under the philosophy of “Safe Space” enabling patients to heal without stigma.
According to Fortis leadership, Adayu is conceptualised as more than just a hospital wing  it aims to redefine mental-health care in India by pairing clinical excellence with empathy, holistic care and privacy.
