US-based multinational technology company IQSTEL has signed a non-binding commercial MoU with an unnamed digital health technology partner to enter the fast growing digital health sector. The partnership will enable IQSTEL to commercialise AI-powered remote patient monitoring, connected medical devices, wearables, and cloud based digital health platforms through its extensive global telecom distribution network.

Glimpse:

IQSTEL plans to leverage its reach of over 600 telecom operators and indirect access to approximately 2.3 billion end users to scale the partner’s technology stack globally. The partner brings more than a decade of healthcare innovation experience. The joint solutions are expected to be formally unveiled at International Telecoms Week 2026 in Washington, D.C., in May 2026.

IQSTEL Inc., a rapidly growing global telecommunications and technology company, has announced its entry into the digital health sector through a strategic partnership. The company has signed a non-binding commercial Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a digital health technology firm that specialises in healthcare innovation.

Under the agreement, IQSTEL will integrate its partner’s advanced solutions  including IoT-enabled medical devices, wearable technologies, cloud based digital health platforms, remote patient monitoring (RPM) systems, and artificial intelligence powered analytics into its commercial portfolio. These technologies will support continuous patient monitoring, early identification of health risks, and conversion of clinical and device generated data into actionable healthcare insights.

The partnership allows IQSTEL to utilise its strong global telecom infrastructure to distribute these digital health offerings through telecom operators worldwide. With connections to more than 600 telecom operators and indirect access to approximately 2.3 billion end users, IQSTEL is well positioned to scale the solutions rapidly across international markets.

Leandro Iglesias, President & CEO of IQSTEL, described the move as a major milestone in the company’s strategy to evolve into a high tech, high margin platform company. He highlighted that combining the company’s established telecom distribution capabilities with the partner’s proven AI-driven healthcare technologies creates a powerful opportunity for global expansion in one of the fastest growing sectors.

The joint digital health offerings are scheduled to be formally unveiled at International Telecoms Week 2026 in Washington, D.C., in May. Ahead of the event, IQSTEL plans to release further details about the specific products and services that will form part of its new digital health portfolio.

“This partnership represents a major milestone in our strategy to transform IQSTEL into a high-tech, high-margin platform company. We have already built a strong global telecom business platform, and now we are leveraging that foundation to enter the Digital Health market, one of the fastest-growing sectors globally. By combining our distribution capabilities with our Digital Health partner’s proven technology, experience, and AI-driven solutions, we are creating a powerful opportunity to scale this business globally.”
