Bengaluru-founded Unlimitr, an AI-driven wellness marketplace, has announced the successful closing of a $1.1 million seed round, valuing the company at around $7 million.
The funding round was led by a consortium of Texas-based investors, signaling strong cross-border confidence in the digital wellness model.
Unlimitr was co-founded in 2020 by Dr. Ruchika Gupta and Gaurav Agarwal (previously known as Health Click Away). Today, the platform operates in over 40 countries and connects 98,000 users with more than 5,000 certified wellness professionals, including coaches, nutritionists, and fitness experts.
Its unique value proposition lies in combining AI-driven personalization with human expertise to deliver culturally sensitive and scientifically backed wellness journeys.
The newly raised capital will be deployed across several strategic initiatives: enhancing the AI and analytics engine to provide deeper personalization, expanding into key global markets, launching a coach training and community engagement program, and accelerating product innovation to broaden the platform’s wellness offerings.
The goal is to build an interconnected digital wellness ecosystem what Unlimitr describes as the “Amazon of wellness” where users can seamlessly discover the right coach, program or solution.
According to Dr. Ruchika Gupta, the funding is a “major step forward in realizing our mission of making wellness truly limitless.”
The company believes that by leveraging AI and community-driven coaching, it can democratize access to wellness making personalized health guidance more affordable, accessible, and emotionally resonant across diverse populations.
“What started as a personal need has evolved into a global ecosystem backed by AI, science, and compassion with this investment, we’re set to make Unlimitr the go-to wellness destination, a lifestyle companion that understands, adapts, and grows with every user.”
