Amazon One Medical Partners with Reperio Health to Bring At-Home Preventive Screenings Nationwide

Amazon One Medical has partnered with Reperio Health, a leader in convenient at home preventive health screenings, to offer members seamless access to comprehensive lab based wellness checks without visiting a clinic. The collaboration combines One Medical’s primary care network with Reperio’s mobile phlebotomy and rapid result model, enabling members to receive personalized preventive screenings covering cholesterol, glucose, thyroid, vitamin levels, and more directly at home, with results integrated into their One Medical record for clinician guided follow up.

Glimpse:

Announced on January 24, 2026, the partnership makes Reperio’s at home blood draw and lab analysis service available to One Medical members across the U.S. Patients book through the One Medical app, a certified phlebotomist visits their home or workplace, and results are delivered within days with clinician interpretation and care plan recommendations. The move strengthens One Medical’s preventive health offerings, reduces barriers to routine screenings, and supports earlier detection of chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic disorders.

Amazon One Medical has expanded its preventive care capabilities through a strategic partnership with Reperio Health, a Portland based company specialising in convenient, high quality at home lab screenings. The collaboration, launched on January 24, 2026, allows One Medical members to order comprehensive preventive blood panels directly through the One Medical app, schedule a same-week home or workplace visit from a licensed phlebotomist, and receive fast, actionable results integrated into their One Medical health record.

Reperio Health’s service eliminates the need for clinic visits by bringing professional blood draws to the patient’s location ideal for busy professionals, parents, elderly members, or those in rural areas with limited access to labs. The screenings cover a broad preventive panel including lipid profiles, HbA1c, thyroid function, vitamin D/B12, liver and kidney markers, complete blood count, and inflammation indicators. Results are processed through CLIA-certified labs and returned within 48–72 hours, with abnormal findings automatically flagged for One Medical clinician review and follow-up scheduling.

The partnership builds on One Medical’s existing focus on proactive, tech enabled primary care. Members can initiate screenings during virtual or in-person visits, receive personalised recommendations based on results, and track trends over time through the app. For employers offering One Medical as a benefit, the at home option enhances employee wellness programmes by removing logistical barriers to preventive testing.

Dr. Neil Lindsay, Senior Vice President of Amazon Health Services, said: β€œPreventive care works best when it’s convenient and seamless. By partnering with Reperio Health, we’re making high quality lab screening accessible from home helping members stay ahead of chronic conditions with minimal disruption to their lives.”

Reperio Health CEO Justin Fuhrer added: β€œOne Medical’s trusted primary care model combined with our at home phlebotomy expertise creates a powerful end to end preventive experience. We’re excited to help more Americans take control of their long term health.”

The service is initially available in major markets where One Medical and Reperio operate, with plans for nationwide rollout throughout 2026. Pricing is bundled into One Medical membership or offered as an add on, with many employer-sponsored plans covering preventive screenings at no additional cost.

Early feedback from pilot members highlights high satisfaction with convenience, quick results, and clinician follow through on abnormal findings. The collaboration reflects Amazon One Medical’s broader strategy to expand preventive and chronic care capabilities beyond traditional office visits leveraging technology, logistics, and partnerships to make proactive health management more accessible and routine.

β€œTrue preventive care shouldn’t require taking time off work or traveling to a lab. This partnership brings the lab to the patient making early detection simple, fast, and part of everyday life.”
