Ankura Hospital for Women & Children has partnered with BharathCloud, a leading Indian cloud solutions provider, to significantly upgrade its emergency response infrastructure across its Hyderabad facilities. The collaboration focuses on deploying cloud based real time monitoring, predictive analytics, and integrated command systems to enhance triage speed, resource allocation, and patient outcomes in high-acuity paediatric and maternal emergencies.

Glimpse:

Under the partnership, BharathCloud will implement a customised, HIPAA- and ABDM-compliant cloud platform that connects Ankura’s emergency departments, ambulance fleet, neonatal/pediatric ICUs, and OB-GYN units into a unified digital ecosystem. Key features include real-time vitals streaming from ambulances and ED monitors, AI-driven predictive triage scoring, automated bed/staff/resource allocation dashboards, seamless integration with 108/102 ambulance services for pre-arrival alerts, and secure, instant sharing of patient data with referring physicians and specialists. The initiative targets a 30–45% reduction in door to treatment time for time-sensitive emergencies.

Ankura Hospital for Women & Children has entered into a strategic partnership with BharathCloud, a leading Indian cloud solutions provider, to significantly upgrade its emergency response infrastructure across its Hyderabad facilities. The collaboration focuses on deploying cloud based real time monitoring, predictive analytics, and integrated command systems to enhance triage speed, resource allocation, and patient outcomes in high acuity paediatric and maternal emergencies.

Under the partnership, BharathCloud will implement a customised, HIPAA- and ABDM-compliant cloud platform that connects Ankura’s emergency departments, ambulance fleet, neonatal/pediatric ICUs, and OB-GYN units into a unified digital ecosystem. Key features include:

  • Real-time vitals streaming from ambulances and ED monitors
  • AI-driven predictive triage scoring to prioritise critical cases
  • Automated bed/staff/resource allocation dashboards
  • Seamless integration with 108/102 ambulance services for pre-arrival alerts
  • Secure, instant sharing of patient data with referring physicians and specialists
  • Post-event analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve protocols

The initiative targets a 30–45% reduction in door to treatment time for time sensitive emergencies (e.g., neonatal distress, maternal haemorrhage, paediatric trauma) and aims to improve overall survival rates and family satisfaction scores.

Dr. [Lead Spokesperson], Group Medical Director, Ankura Hospitals, stated: “Hyderabad’s rapid urban growth has increased demand for specialised emergency care, especially for women and children. Partnering with BharathCloud allows us to build a truly intelligent emergency system that anticipates needs, coordinates care faster, and saves more lives particularly in critical first hours.”

BharathCloud leadership added: “We are proud to support Ankura in creating a model emergency ecosystem that can be replicated across other cities. By combining secure cloud infrastructure with AI-driven insights, we’re helping turn reactive emergency care into proactive, life-saving systems.”

The rollout begins with Ankura’s flagship Banjara Hills and Hitech City hospitals, with phased expansion to other branches planned over the next 12–18 months. The project also includes extensive training for emergency physicians, nurses, and paramedics, as well as integration with Telangana’s 108/102 emergency services and Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) for seamless patient record portability.

This partnership reflects a growing trend in Indian healthcare where cloud-native platforms are being used to modernise emergency systems especially in high-volume cities facing traffic, population density, and resource constraints.

“In emergencies, minutes matter. This cloud-AI system gives our teams eyes, ears, and intelligence across the entire care pathway from the moment a call is made to the moment a child is stabilised.”
