Seed Cycling for women
Seed cycling is a naturopathic treatment to boost fertility, regulate menstrual cycle and ease menopausal symptoms. It is advised to take the specific seeds in a cyclical manner in specified quantities to support the hormonal balance in Follicular phase and luteal phase. Though enough studies are not there to back up the process, it is quite popular and effective too. In the current changes in lifestyle, there are many imbalances. Sleeping late after midnight for instance is one of the biggest changes that is very common now. Sleep is a cyclical activity that interferes with all the systems in the body. Thus, the natural cycles of eating, digesting, repairing are all altered. In addition, there are huge imbalances of nutrients in the food we take that takes toll on the entire system called body. Now with all this happening around, its not strange that we run out of hormone balance. Let’s check what seed cycling is all about and how it effects the hormonal system.
