The firm will focus on improving access, affordability, and care delivery through technology and data. It also announced new leadership appointments, with Catherine Olexa-Meadors joining as Head of Partnerships & Growth and Will Stokes returning to lead its healthcare venture studio, Hatch.
Town Hall Ventures just raised its Fund IV$440 million in committed capital with a clear mission: back AI-first health tech firms that serve people often left out by mainstream healthcare.
Since its start in 2018, THV has invested in ~42 companies across early, growth, and launch stages. Its portfolio includes names like Strive Health, Thyme Care, Ambience Healthcare, Qualified Health, Habitat Health, Cityblock Health, and others. These companies address issues like chronic disease management, behavioral health, home care, and care delivery through underserved channels.
With Fund IV, THV is aiming to lean even harder into AI and tech innovation. Their goal find founders who want their technology to do more than just make waves they want impact. Lower costs, better outcomes, and broader access are key.
This fund comes with leadership changes too. To support scaling, THV has brought in Catherine Olexa-Meadors, as Head of Partnerships & Growth she’ll be helping portfolio companies succeed faster and deepen THV’s network.
