Pathkind Labs is partnering with WebEngage to unify fragmented patient data, streamline communication across digital channels, and build personalized engagement journeys from lead generation to test booking and follow-ups.
Glimpse:
In a game-changing move, Pathkind Labs has teamed up with WebEngage to personalize patient engagement using data-driven automation. By merging user data from apps, websites, CRMs, and booking systems, they’ve created a seamless, full-funnel engagement framework. Automated journeys re-engage inactive users, improving lead recovery and patient satisfaction. Future plans include real-time onsite and in-app notifications tailored to user behavior.
Pathkind Labs one of India’s leading diagnostic and preventive healthcare networks has entered into a strategic partnership with WebEngage, a top-tier customer data platform and marketing automation provider. The collaboration marks a shift in how Pathkind will interact with its patients across its entire digital lifecycl from discovery and booking to engagement and retention.
One of the primary hurdles Pathkind faced was fragmented data. Patient interactions were scattered across its mobile app, website, CRM systems, and booking platforms, leading to siloed user insights and disconnected campaigns. By integrating WebEngage’s CDP, Pathkind is now consolidating this data into a single, unified framework. This empowers more accurate tracking of user journeys, better identification of drop-offs, and more effective re-engagement strategies.
A key feature is the implementation of automated engagement journeys. For instance, Pathkind is leveraging a “Maximum Attempt Journey” a behavior-based flow that re-engages users who haven’t completed key actions like booking or registering. This not only boosts lead recovery but also ensures campaigns remain relevant and personalized.
Looking ahead, Pathkind plans to deploy onsite and in-app notifications, tapping into behavioral and transactional data to engage patients in real time. By doing so, it aims to deliver contextual messages to specific user segments, helping to drive more meaningful interactions and conversions.
From WebEngage’s perspective, the partnership is an opportunity to deepen its presence in healthcare. Keyur Dhami, SVP of Customer Success at WebEngage, emphasized that by unifying data and automating outreach, they can help Pathkind boost patient satisfaction, engagement, and long-term growth. Meanwhile, Eklavya Juneja, Director at Pathkind Labs, noted that this collaboration would not just recover lost leads but also enable a smarter, scalable approach to patient communication making healthcare more connected and patient-centric.
“With WebEngage’s automation and analytics, we can now engage patients more effectively at every stage and recover leads that would otherwise be lost delivering personalized healthcare at scale.”
