Apollo Spectra Hospitals has launched a first-of-its-kind multi-robot healthcare ecosystem at its Pusa Road facility in Delhi-NCR, integrating multiple advanced robotic surgical systems and 3D surgical planning tools to enhance precision, safety and recovery in orthopaedic and soft-tissue procedures.
Glimpse:
The new ecosystem brings together cutting-edge technologies including the Meril CUVIS Joint Robotic System for orthopaedics, the SSI Mantra Surgical Robot for soft-tissue procedures, and Anatomize 3D personalised surgical planning under one roof, enabling surgeons to design tailored, minimally invasive surgical pathways with greater accuracy and predictable outcomes.
Apollo Spectra Hospitals has unveiled an advanced multi-robot surgical ecosystem at its Pusa Road centre in Delhi-NCR, representing a significant advancement in technology-driven patient care and minimally invasive surgery. The ecosystem integrates several robotic platforms each specialised for distinct surgical needs along with 3D surgical modelling tools that enhance pre-operative planning and intra-operative precision.
Among the technologies introduced is the Meril CUVIS Joint Robotic System, tailored for complex knee and hip replacement surgeries, helping to refine implant positioning and joint alignment with exceptional precision. Complementing this is the SSI Mantra Surgical Robot, an advanced platform designed for soft-tissue procedures across general surgery, urology and gynaecology broadening the hospital’s capability beyond orthopaedics. The Anatomize 3D planning platform adds another layer of sophistication by enabling surgeons to visualise patient anatomy, simulate incision paths, and evaluate implant placement before entering the operating room.
Hospital leadership says this multi-robot suite marks a “quantum leap” from single-robot setups, enabling Apollo Spectra to deliver tech-backed, short-stay surgical care with minimal invasiveness, reduced complications and faster recovery times important benefits for working professionals and seniors alike. The integrated ecosystem also means patients can access a wider range of precision robotic interventions under one roof, making complex surgical care more predictable and accessible.
The launch event was inaugurated by Dr. Sangita Reddy, Joint Managing Director of Apollo Hospitals Group. Olympic gold medallist Abhinav Bindra, present as Guest of Honour, highlighted the role that advanced robotics will play in shaping the future of surgical care in India setting a new standard of precision and safety in patient treatment.
Over the coming year, Apollo Spectra plans to expand the multi-robot programme and train more surgeons across specialties, further strengthening India’s technology-enabled surgical care ecosystem and positioning the hospital as a leading destination for precision-led, minimally invasive procedures in the Delhi-NCR region.
“With multiple robotic systems and personalised 3D planning under one roof, we are delivering enhanced precision, lower complication risks and faster recovery truly elevating the standard of surgical care.”
