Immunity and Knee Pain Medications Distributed to Press Club Members
“Stress has become a part of our daily lives. On the other hand, not consuming the right food in the right way is a key factor in damaging our health. The root of all ailments, from minor illnesses to cancer, lies in the stomach,” said Dr. Sharath Addanki, Chairman of Radhas Ayurveda Hospital and Ojasca. He participated in a program organized by Radhas Ayurveda under the auspices of the Press Club for journalists who grapple with news and race against time, and raised awareness about integrated cancer treatments. He also said that if people take precautions in small matters, there will be no need to spend lakhs of rupees on hospitals, and that our home should be our medical center, and we should start taking care of our health from our homes.
Once cancer strikes, treatments like chemotherapy and radiotherapy become unavoidable. However, many people are afraid of the side effects caused by these treatments. The solution to this problem is integrated cancer treatments. Dr. Sharath Addanki explained that through Ayurveda, along with guided imagery, aroma therapy, sound therapy, yoga, and diet, it is possible not only to reduce side effects but also to prevent the recurrence of cancer.
He also mentioned that many people don’t know the difference between bloating and acidity and end up taking tablets, and that taking antacid tablets actually increases bloating. That’s why he said that we can overcome such minor problems with common household ingredients like ginger and asafoetida.
Dr. Sharath Addanki, a prominent integrated cancer specialist in the USA, became an Ayurvedic doctor and started researching cancer treatments that minimize side effects after his mother died of breast cancer. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he spent 3 crore rupees for the people of Singareni and other underprivileged communities. He distributed immunity kits free of charge. Through the Srinivasan Munuswamy Radha Addanki Trust, he provides support for students’ education and health. Now, he has also provided free immunity kits and medicines to alleviate knee pain for Press Club members.
On this occasion, Justice Chandrakumar, a retired judge of the AP High Court, congratulated and felicitated Dr. Sharath Addanki, who specially came from the USA to conduct such a beneficial awareness program for journalists.
Stating that the Press Club will organize many more such programs for the health of its members, Press Club President S. Vijay Kumar Reddy and General Secretary Ramesh Varikuppala expressed their gratitude to Dr. Sharath Addanki and the team of Radha’s Ayurveda Hospital.
