ClearMedi Healthcare, a leading hospital chain backed by Morgan Stanley, has officially launched the WellnessGPT Agentic Healthcare ecosystem in collaboration with HeyDoc AI, ushering in India’s first multi-specialty hospital powered end-to-end by agentic AI. The system went live across multiple sites, introducing autonomous AI agents that orchestrate patient care, administrative workflows, and clinical coordination at scale.

WellnessGPT operates as a sophisticated multi-agent platform, featuring specialized agents for symptom triage, care planning, claims processing, and more. Key components include an Agentic Orchestration Engine for complex workflows and HealthMem, a temporal memory system enabling sub-150ms recall of longitudinal patient data. Fully ABHA-compliant and FHIR-aligned, it integrates seamlessly with India’s national digital health infrastructure while harnessing advanced models from Google and Microsoft.

In the initial phase, two agents are operational network-wide:

Booking Agent: Streamlines appointment scheduling and access to services.

Patient Channeling Agent: Analyzes symptoms to intelligently route patients to the appropriate specialty, reducing misdirected visits and wait times.

This deployment transforms ClearMedi into a truly “agentic hospital,” where AI agents proactively manage patient interactions from onboarding and diagnostics to ongoing monitoring and discharge delivering continuous, personalized care.

The partnership originated from HeyDoc AI’s standout performance as a finalist in the DHN HealthTech Innovation Challenge 2025, leading to a formalized collaboration aimed at solving India’s healthcare access challenges through technology.
