Infinite Computer Solutions, a global IT services and consulting firm with deep expertise in healthcare technology, has opened its first Epic-focused Center of Excellence (CoE) in Dubai. The new facility is designed to serve as a regional hub for Epic EHR implementations, upgrades, optimisation, and support across the Middle East, helping hospitals and health systems adopt and maximise the Epic platform while addressing local regulatory, cultural, and operational needs.

Glimpse:

Announced on January 25, 2026, the Dubai CoE brings together Epic-certified consultants, architects, and implementation specialists to provide end to end services from initial advisory and planning to go live support, post go live stabilisation, and ongoing optimisation. The launch strengthens Infinite’s position as a trusted Epic partner in the rapidly digitising Middle East healthcare market, where Epic adoption is accelerating among leading hospitals in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman. The CoE will also serve as a training and innovation hub for Epic-related digital health solutions tailored to regional priorities such as interoperability, population health, and AI integration.

Infinite Computer Solutions has strengthened its healthcare technology footprint in the Middle East with the official launch of an Epic-focused Center of Excellence in Dubai. The new facility, inaugurated on January 25, 2026, positions Infinite as a strategic partner for hospitals and health systems across the GCC region that are adopting or expanding their use of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) platform.

The Dubai CoE brings together a dedicated team of Epic-certified professionals including technical architects, clinical informaticists, implementation specialists, and project managers with deep experience in large-scale Epic rollouts. Services offered include:

  • Strategic advisory and roadmap planning for Epic adoption
  • Full cycle implementation (design, build, testing, training, go-live)
  • Integration with regional systems (insurance portals, national health registries, telehealth platforms)
  • Customisation for local clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and multilingual support
  • Post go live optimisation, stabilisation, and change management
  • Ongoing managed services, upgrades, and Epic Community Connect support

The CoE will also serve as a regional innovation and training hub, hosting workshops, certification bootcamps, and proof of concept labs for AI/ML integration, interoperability enhancements, and Epic-powered population health initiatives areas of growing priority for Middle Eastern health authorities.

Sanjay Govil, Founder & CEO of Infinite Computer Solutions, stated: “The Middle East is undergoing one of the most ambitious healthcare digitisation drives globally. Epic is at the heart of many of these transformations, and our new Center of Excellence in Dubai allows us to deliver localised expertise, faster time to-value, and long term partnership to health systems across the region.”

The launch aligns with the rapid adoption of Epic in key Middle Eastern markets. Leading hospitals in the UAE (Dubai Health Authority, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Mediclinic), Saudi Arabia (Ministry of Health projects, Vision 2030-aligned hospitals), and Qatar (Hamad Medical Corporation) have either implemented or are in the process of implementing Epic, creating strong demand for specialised implementation and support partners with regional presence.

Infinite’s Dubai CoE builds on the company’s existing healthcare technology capabilities in India, the U.S., and Europe, where it has supported numerous Epic implementations and optimisations. The facility is expected to create high-skill jobs in consulting, clinical informatics, and technical delivery while fostering local talent development through training partnerships.

“The Middle East is moving fast toward connected, intelligent healthcare. Our Epic-focused CoE in Dubai ensures we can deliver the expertise, speed, and cultural alignment that health systems need to succeed in this transformation.”
