Take Solutions is rolling out AI-enabled One-Minute Clinics to make preventive health screening fast, affordable, and widely available in India. These compact, tech-driven units use AI diagnostics, vital monitoring, and risk scoring to deliver instant health insights in under 60 seconds, targeting early detection of diabetes, hypertension, cardiac risks, and other common conditions in underserved and semi-urban areas.

Glimpse:

The One-Minute Clinic concept combines portable diagnostic devices, AI algorithms, and a simple user interface to perform quick screenings for key vitals and risk factors. Powered by Take Solutions’ AI engine, the clinics provide immediate reports, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals when needed. The initiative aims to bridge gaps in preventive healthcare access, reduce late-stage disease burden, and scale across pharmacies, community centers, corporate offices, and rural outreach programs.

Take Solutions, a Chennai-based technology and healthcare services company, has announced plans to deploy AI-powered One-Minute Clinics as a scalable model to expand preventive healthcare across India. The initiative addresses the country’s massive gap in routine screening millions of people remain unaware of diabetes, hypertension, obesity, or cardiovascular risks until complications arise.

Each One-Minute Clinic is a compact setup equipped with non-invasive sensors and connected devices that measure blood pressure, pulse oximetry, body composition, temperature, and basic cardiac parameters. An integrated AI system analyzes the data in real time, compares it against validated risk models, and generates a personalized health snapshot complete with risk scores, early warning flags, and actionable advice all within 60 seconds.

Key advantages include: Speed No appointment needed, results in under a minute Affordability Low-cost model suitable for pharmacies, kirana stores, and community drives Accuracy AI trained on diverse Indian population data for reliable predictions Follow-up Digital reports sent via WhatsApp/SMS with doctor referral options when indicated

The company plans to pilot the clinics in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka before nationwide rollout, partnering with retail chains, NGOs, and local governments. By placing screening points where people already visit daily, Take Solutions aims to normalize preventive checks and shift India toward proactive rather than reactive healthcare.

With chronic diseases driving a large share of healthcare costs and mortality, the One-Minute Clinic model could play a significant role in early intervention and public health impact.

“One minute can change a life. Our AI clinics make preventive screening so simple and fast that no one has an excuse to skip it.”
