Park Medi World, a leading private hospital chain in North India, will launch an initial public offering (IPO) on 10 December 2025, with a price band fixed at ₹154-162 per share. The offer aims to raise ₹920 crore through a combination of new shares and a promoter share sale.

Shares are expected to begin trading on the bourses around 17 December 2025. The minimum lot size is 92 shares (≈ ₹14,904 at upper band price), and the issue allocates a maximum of 50% to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), at least 35% to retail investors, and at least 15% to non-institutional investors (NIIs).

The IPO is slated to open on 10 December 2025 and close on 12 December 2025, with anchor investor bids on 9 December. The minimum bid lot is 92 shares, and allotment basis and listing are expected around 15–17 December 2025, with shares likely hitting the exchange on 17 December.
Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to repay or pre-pay borrowings (₹380 crore), fund capital expenditure for a new hospital and expansion of an existing hospital, buy medical equipment, and for general corporate purposes/inorganic acquisitions as needed.
As of September 30, 2025, Park Medi World had expanded its bed capacity to 3,250 beds, from 2,550 beds in March 2023 indicating aggressive growth and expansion plans across North India.
