Today’s life is all about the hustle bustle and MULTITASKING. Trying to do everything in the least possible time. With more and more rise of working women, women who play their best parts as a homemaker / mother / wife and as well a working professional it is very crucial and important to balance these roles with elan. This sure doesn’t mean to neglect ourselves..the criterion is also to prioritize yourself equally along with the needs /duties towards your family. that is how?? Simple, to effectively use your available time by planning and creating some “ME time”. In this ME time make sure your including a workout / having your favourite breakfast / listening to music or even dance away but do give yourself that free time, because YOU deserve it. WE WOMEN deserve it. And let this “Me time” concept be included as your daily routine.Being fit and strong is equally important so working out every day for 45 min, 5days a week is crucial to keep us going, else we could have frequent relentless back pains, weakness and restlessness. Maintaining a healthy diet or I would say conscious eating (not starving) during the weekdays helps to keep oneself healthy, both mentally as well physically which is what I do... Because I totally believe in practicing what I preach to my patients so it’s my lifestyle to workout everyday and stay fit. Only if your healthy, you can take care of the family and give your 100% at work. While my patients ask me how do I get time....answer is simple... “where there is a will there’s allways a way”!!! So if your cribbing that you don’t have time so you could not do something...it simply means that it was not on your priority list. Make yourself a priority too not just the daily chores. Also get regular annual health checks to rule out vitamin & heamoglobin defeciencies, mammogram (for breast cancer screening), and other routine parameters too.ensure to get annual doctor checks to know where your health is annually. maintaining a healthy lifestyle detoxes your mind and body which sure helps you to be better than yesterday. Spending time with your family gives you that much needed positive vibes and energy to work effectively at the work front.Remember,take oath this womans day that “YOU ARE IMPORTANT, & your health is your priority”.
