UK-based digital mental health specialist Care ADHD has opened its inaugural Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, India, to bolster technology development, operational efficiency, and its virtual care platform Duty Doctor leveraging India’s engineering talent to drive next-gen diagnostic tools, patient engagement systems, and seamless virtual consultations.

Glimpse:

As one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital mental health providers and a key NHS partner, Care ADHD inaugurated its Bengaluru GCC to enhance product innovation and global scalability. The centre will focus on advancing diagnostic accuracy, intelligent patient systems, and integrations for its Duty Doctor platform, marking a strategic UK-India collaboration in digital-first mental health solutions amid rising ADHD demand.

Care ADHD, a leading UK digital mental health scale-up and the second-largest provider of ADHD diagnosis and treatment in the country, has expanded its global footprint by launching its first Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, India. This strategic move, announced in December 2025, positions the company to tap into India’s world-class engineering and product talent while strengthening its technology backbone for faster innovation in ADHD care.

The Bengaluru GCC will serve as the nucleus for tech-driven product development, focusing on next-generation diagnostic tools, intelligent patient engagement systems, and seamless integrations to power the company’s flagship virtual care platform, Duty Doctor. This platform delivers accessible ADHD assessments, long-term treatment plans, and expert clinical care through digital channels, making services quicker and more convenient for thousands of patients across the UK.

The decision to establish the centre in Bengaluru reflects the city’s status as a global technology innovation hub. By building here, Care ADHD aims to accelerate development of its virtual care business, enhance operational support, and improve overall patient experience through evidence-based digital solutions.

The launch underscores growing UK-India collaboration in the mental health ecosystem, particularly in digital-first approaches to address ADHD and related needs. The new facility fosters closer integration between clinicians, product teams, and engineering talent, enabling rapid iteration and scaling of solutions.

โ€œBengaluru has emerged as one of the most vibrant technology innovation hubs globally, and the companyโ€™s decision to build its GCC in the city reflects its commitment to accessing top-tier talent.โ€
