BPL Medical Technologies has launched a suite of new critical-care devices  including modular patient monitors, a biphasic defibrillator, and OT charting software  aiming to modernise ICU, emergency and operating-room care in Indian hospitals.

Glimpse:

The new additions to BPL’s portfolio include the ExcelSign E12 and E17 modular patient monitors, and the Relife 1000 biphasic defibrillator. The company also introduced OT charting software designed to streamline operations, documentation and data continuity during surgeries and critical-care workflows.

At the recent industry event (ISACON 2025), BPL Medical Technologies showcased significant upgrades to its critical-care offerings. The ExcelSign E12/E17 monitors are modular patient-monitoring systems  clinicians at the event noted their clear displays, easy navigation, and flexibility, making them suitable for different settings such as ICUs, emergency rooms and post-operative care areas.

The Relife 1000 biphasic defibrillator  another highlight  attracted interest from emergency-care teams for its portability and built-in guidance features, which can be crucial during sudden cardiac events and rapid-response scenarios.

In addition to hardware, BPL rolled out an OT charting software as part of its digital-solutions suite. This software aims to simplify intra-operative documentation, maintain data continuity, and improve workflow efficiency  addressing a common pain-point in many operating theatres and ICU settings. O, these launches reflect the company’s commitment to delivering reliable, practical and “smarter” critical-care solutions that match modern clinical environments  helping hospitals upgrade monitoring, emergency response and surgical workflows without compromising on affordability or local support.

“With ExcelSign, Relife 1000 and the OT-charting suite, we’re not just supplying devices we’re enabling hospitals to build smarter, connected ICUs and emergency rooms, where timely information and seamless workflows save lives.”
