The facility, inaugurated on January 20, 2026, will act as a centralised hub for critical support functions including finance and accounting, information technology, procurement, human resources, advanced data analytics, and business process excellence. These services were previously spread across multiple locations; bringing them under one roof in Bengaluru is expected to drive significant efficiency gains, process standardisation, cost optimisation, and faster deployment of digital initiatives across the company’s global operations.
