Editorial Policy & Disclaimer
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Our editorial standards
- Accuracy — we verify information with primary sources (government notifications, regulatory and stock-exchange filings, peer-reviewed research, official statements) and attribute every claim.
- Fairness — we seek comment from people and organisations who are the subject of critical reporting.
- Independence — advertisers, sponsors and investors have no say in editorial decisions. Journalists must declare conflicts of interest.
- Health reporting — we do not promote unproven cures, avoid sensationalism, report study limitations, and do not name or identify patients without consent. We follow the Norms of Journalistic Conduct of the Press Council of India and the Code of Ethics under the IT Rules, 2021.
- Images — where we use a representational photograph rather than one of the actual people or place, the caption says so, and credits the photographer and licence.
- AI — our journalists write and edit our stories. AI tools may assist with tasks such as transcription, summaries, text-to-speech and the Dr. Buzz assistant, always under human editorial responsibility.
Corrections
If we make a mistake we correct it promptly and add a correction note to the story. To report an error, email info@healthbuzz.in or use the Grievance Redressal process.
